TBird app synchronizes contacts between an iPhone (iPad) and the Thunderbird email client.
This app works in conjunction with a small MS-Windows application, which can be downloaded for free from www.abamberger.com - without any further costs. After installing this application on your PC, your contacts in Thunderbird can be integrated into your iPhone contacts. The TBird app supports creation and deletion of contact groups. This makes a well arranged contact list possible. Attention:Only unidirectional!

This Is not a Thunderbird sync but a pure CSG file export. This app is not good at all to do its purpose. 0.79€ for nothing !

Simple and staightforward
If the task is to export contacts from Thunderbird to the iPone or iPad, the TBird App is the number one choice. It works best when there are no contacts on the iPad. My advice would be to delete all contacts on the iPad first and import all from Thunderbird whenever it would make sense. Any attempt to synchronize contacts with the TBird App will badly fail. The App offers ways to do that, but they dont work well.

App description provides a good translation from German to English, but fails to follow through with help or English prompts. It is impossible to use app without more complete step by step guidance. Thumbs down zero stars!
